Return & Refund Policy

At FIGURR, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory showing the package being opened and the product condition

โš ๏ธ Important: Returns without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Any item returned without prior approval

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at thefigurr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Clear images of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

4. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping

  • If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it
  • If not, you may be required to self-ship the product to our address

  • Customers must ensure proper packaging while returning the product
  • We are not responsible for damage during return transit

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days

Refund methods:

  • Prepaid orders โ†’ Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders โ†’ Refund via bank transfer or UPI (details to be provided by customer)

6. Return Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be:
    • Free, or
    • Deducted from refund, depending on the case and location

(We recommend clearly defining this internally to avoid disputes.)

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video + images
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (you may initiate a return after delivery)
